The webinar is provided for educational purposes only. The invited expert participates as a guest contributor. All information shared during sessions is for general educational purposes and should be considered as informational content drawn from published research in behavioural psychology and cognitive science.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by SEMINARY LTD. These links are provided solely for your convenience and informational purposes. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.

Waiver. No waiver of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure of SEMINARY LTD to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent. SEMINARY LTD may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure.
